Charming and well-maintained villa on one level in the quiet area of ​​Campo Mijas only 3 km from the beach in Fuengirola. The villa is very private with a nice pool area with bar and large terrace areas. The garden is easy to maintain as it is mostly paved with stones but with nice flower beds with several fruit trees such as passion fruit, lemon, orange, pomegranate, mango and sweet, Spanish "nisperos".

Within walking distance there is a small supermarket, pizzeria, café and pharmacy and between 1.5 -2 km from the house there are several larger supermarkets and more services. It takes about 25 minutes ‌to ‌walk ‌down ‌to ‌the ‌center of ‌Fuengirola.
